Sarina Sherwin is a marketing and strategy leader with experience across global brands, startups, and nonprofit organizations. She has held roles at companies including Delta Air Lines, Reebok, and Gap, and now works closely with mission-driven organizations as an advisor and board member as they navigate growth and change. Her experience spans large, complex enterprises, mid-sized and early-stage organizations, and nonprofits, giving her a practical perspective on how strategy, storytelling, and execution come together across different operating environments. In her nonprofit work, Sarina partners with founders, boards, and program teams to clarify priorities, strengthen communications, and support sustainable growth. She is especially passionate about education and expanding access to opportunity, particularly in early and formative years when confidence and belonging can have lasting impact. Sarina holds a B.S. in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and an M.B.A. from Northwestern University.
